- Copy of Extract from Unified State Register
- Copy of Document on bank account opening
- Copy of Extract from VAT payers register (or Certificate of VAT payer)
- Signer's due diligence document
- Copy of certificate issued by Statistics authority
- Copy of page of the Charter containing full name of the company
- Contacts of responsible persons, accounting
- Information regarding place of delivery of contracts and accounting documents (reports, invoices, VAT invoices)
- Lease contract or document of title to premises
